All experiences are small-group, expert-guided, and built around the comfort and welfare of our animals. The Lounge is open to all ages. Some rooms have minimum age requirements listed at booking.
Capybara Encounter
A guided, hands-on encounter with Mocha, Latte, and our other capybara ambassadors in a small group of about 8 guests. Feed and pet the capybaras under staff supervision - every interaction is on the animals' terms, never forced.
Approx. 25-30 minutes
Capybara and Friends Encounter
Everything in the Capybara Encounter, plus time with a rotating cast of other animal ambassadors - possums, skunks, raccoons, tortoises, porcupines, ferrets, and hedgehogs. Guided by our animal care team, full of photo-worthy moments.
Approx. 55-60 minutes
